Every lot begins at delivery, from tissue that is otherwise discarded, and is characterized in the laboratory before release. The portfolio is built on three distinct materials rather than three grades of one: Velum WJ (amniotic fluid with Wharton's jelly), Nimbus EV (extracellular vesicles characterized by NTA), and Cultivar MSC (allogeneic umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cells). Mesenchymal stromal cell identity is confirmed by panel, not by adjective: CD90, CD105 and CD73 at or above 95 percent, with CD45, CD34 and HLA-DR at or below 2 percent. Sterility, endotoxin and mycoplasma testing accompany each lot, and post-thaw viability is counted on the named lot. Material is processed first and frozen after, with a controlled rate on the way down, and cold chain is treated as part of the process rather than something that happens after it. A physician reviews and directs every order before payment is processed.
